From Arnica to St. John’s wort, during this expert-led hike you will learn all about, and be astonished by the healing powers of these plants.

Route: | Meet at 9:45 a.m. at the valley terminus of the Schmittenhöhebahn, where you will be greeted by our own expert botanist. From there, we will ride the Schmittenhöhe lift up to an elevation of 2,000 metres above sea level. After a brief tour of the Elisabeth Chapel, we will make our way along the High Promenade to the Sonnkogel, from where you can then enjoy a comfortable ride on the chair lift (the Sonnkogelbahn) and gondola (Sonnenalmbahn) all the way back down to the valley. |
