Schmidolin’s Kids’ Hike


Nature pedagogical family hike

On our nature-instruction family hike, both young and old have their desires fulfilled. Children experience in playful, stimulating ways lots of new aspects of nature, giving them knowledge and satisfaction alike.
And together with our mascot Schmidolin, it is much more fun, too.

Route:

We meet at 9:15 a.m. at the base terminus of the Areit lift, where you will be greeted by our hiking guide. How do snow rabbits, golden eagles, marmottes, etc. actually live? Which plants can be eaten?
What is the right way to behave in the mountains?
In the course of this Nature Discovery Day, the Schmitten not only offers the most breathtakingly beautiful views imaginable of 30 three-thousand meter peaks, but also provides you a perfect opportunity to immerse deeply into nature with your child. Expertly trained and long-experienced forest pedagogical guides accompany you along this superb tour.
