ROME PARK SCHMITTEN
Boarders and freestylers can improve their jumping style in the newly designed boarder and freestyle park - Rome Park Schmitten. In the past winter the fun park has evolved as a fixed meeting place in the boarder and freestyle scene. In jibbing sessions jumps are tuned, rails slid over, boxes jumped and the ultimate timing of jumps over the kicker practised.
In cooperation with the partners Rome Snowboards and La Resistance, the Schmitten has created a park for riders by riders! Built by Lars Eriksen(Arctic Challenge) and supported from Northern Rails, the new park offers fun for all: from beginner to profi. A team of four professional shapers led by La Resistance maintain daily the equipment and ensure riding conditions are good.
The total length of the park is approximately 600m with a height difference of around 100m.

Due to the great number of possible lines, the park is unique in the Alp area and via the Hahnkopflift (open from 8.30 till 16.30), especially easy to reach. In the direct vicinity are several possibilities for gastronomie as well as overnight accommodation, therefore no wish remains unfulfilled at the ROME SCHMITTEN PARK!
