Specials during the Zeller Seefest
On 1 August the Zeller Seefest will take place. As a result, access to the Esplanade will be restricted. Guests who boarding the round trips and lake crossings at the Esplanade in Zell am See on this day will need an admission ticket to the Zeller Seefest. The dock is located within the event area, and the boat ticket does not serve as admission to the event. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Admission to Zeller Seefest costs € 15,00 for those aged 16 and over, children go free.

Important information regarding boat tours
- Panorama Cruises take about 45 minutes. The duration of a lake crossing varies based on the route.
- No liability is accepted for the adherence to the specified times.
- If required, Panorama Cruises are also conducted with alternate boats.
- The terms and conditions specified on the notice boards (at the landing stages) apply.
- Pushchairs will only be transported if space permits.
- Please note that the lake crossing ship MS Großglockner is not barrier-free. As a barrier-free alternative, our round-trip boats MS Schmittenhöhe as well as the electric boat Maria Franziska von Trapp are available. The starting point is at the Esplanade in Zell am See.
- Family bonus panorama cruise: Parents pay the full fare only for their first two children (born 2011–2020) – all other children in the family go for free.
- Family ticket lake crossings: Parents pay the full fare only for their first child (born 2011–2020) – all other children in the family go for free.
- Dogs must be muzzled and kept on a lead whilst aboard! Cruises cost € 5.00 for dogs; crossings cost € 3.00.
