Declaration of accessibility

Accessibility Statement

The Schmittenhöhebahn AG is commited to making its Websites accessible in accordance with the Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz (WZG BGBl. I. Nr. 59/2019 idgF).

This accessibility statement applies to the websites:
• green.schmitten.at

Status of the declaration: 25. Juni 2025

Status of conformity with the requirements

The websites mentioned are partially compliant with the requirements of conformance level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2’ and with the applicable European standard in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

The following measures were implemented to determine accessibility

An audit, which was carried out between 4 November and 25 November 2024, focused on a thorough and intensive examination of selected, representative page types. These are representative of the website's overall offering and allow conclusions to be drawn about the accessibility of the entire website through detailed analysis.
As part of the audit, auditors carried out a thorough analysis of all WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines. In addition, the WCAG 2.2. 3.1.5 AAA Reading Level was checked due to its high relevance. The test was carried out using manual and tool-supported test methods in order to comprehensively assess the accessibility of the website.
The Google Chrome browser was mainly used to carry out the accessibility tests.
The decision whether to test on desktop, mobile devices or both was made depending on the respective WCAG 2.2 AA guideline and based on its relevance and applicability.
[PDFs and third-party content were excluded from the audit.]
The measures defined as part of the audit were implemented in the period from 6 May to 20 May 2025.
