A simple idea blossomed into a long-term project – and an iconic one at that. The entire Schmittenhöhe snow groomer workshop team rallied behind the task, fabricating numerous components in-house and restoring others with meticulous attention to detail. Every bolt, seal, and weld seam is its own piece of history.

After more than two years of dedicated effort, December 2024 marked the triumphant revival of the snow groomer – a shining testament to what craftsmanship and passion can accomplish.

For now, it remains safely housed within the halls of Schmittenhöhebahn AG, yet the vision is clear: to showcase this beautifully restored vehicle as a powerful symbol of sustainability, craftsmanship, and connection to the region.
