Snowshoe hike to Plettsaukopf with forest bathing & yoga at the reservoir pond

Date: 26 December 2023 – 19 March 2024
Time: 09:30
Meeting point: cityXpress valley station
Description:

Duration: approx. 4 hours, walking time approx. 2 hours

Every Tuesday the motto is snowshoe hiking with forest bathing and yoga. Starting from the cityXpress mountain station, you get to know the forest as a source of strength for relaxation and regeneration. On the way around the Plettsaukopf reservoir, the AlpaSistas will find the perfect spot for a 20-minute yoga session directly in the snow. The panoramic mountain yoga doesn't require a yoga mat.

We recommend sturdy footwear and warm winter clothing for the hike. Snowshoes and poles can also be rented on site for a small fee.
